Your job

In your job you will be part of the Workday HCM implementation team where you will deliver full HCM Cloud transformations. You will lead and design Workday HCM which meet the complex requirements of international clients, Of course with the help of your colleagues after that you will be responsible for creating and optimizing end-2-end processes where Workday will be part of the future-proof HR landscape. As a Workday HCM functional consultant, you will not only configure and test the Cloud solution, but you will also be a business advisor for the client where you will propose the best solution regardless of the technical possibilities. While optimizing Workday HCM, you’ll always keep an eye on the user experience and ensure end-users will adopt Workday easily. After Workday is designed and configured, you will ensure training materials are provided so that end-users will hit the ground running when going live with Workday.

Moreover, you will be part of an international diverse team which includes traveling around the world.

Your background

  • Master or bachelor’s degree, preferable in Human Resource Management or Business Studies.

  • Proven experience and certifications in several Workday HCM Modules, preferably:

  • workday HCM Services Core;

  • workday Absence;

  • workday Time Tracking;

  • workday Talent & Performance;

  • Have a good understanding between interdependencies of the main modules and downstream systems.

  • Great stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong analytical skills.
