Your job

Data is the golden thread that runs through any IT system. Being able to draw insights from data in order to make better decisions should be at the forefront of any IT strategy. As a data consultant you are directly involved in one of the fasting growing and exciting disciplines within technology. Our job is to get hands-on with data and help our clients maximize its value and ultimately get the most out of Workday. From helping clients understand where they have data issues to supporting our functional teams make correct design decisions, you will gain exposure to all parts of the Workday product, gaining sought after skills and experience in an incredibly hot market.

Your main focus will be to help your client move their existing data from legacy systems and spreadsheets into the new Workday SaaS HCM & Financials system.

Your background

  • Master or bachelor’s degree, preferable in computer sciences or information technology

  • 2+ years of experience in Data Conversion

  • Experience with ETL Software such as Informatica, SAS, Pentaho or Clover preferred

  • End-2-end Implementation experience

  • Can Do / Find Out mentality

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Willingness to travel
