The Work
With our Utilities practice we provide functional and industry consulting services to Utilities companies. We are industry experts with the insights and capabilities to transform leading Utilities organizations and help them navigate in the energy transition.
People With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
Processes As Consultant you will be part of the Utilities Industry Practice. With this practice we help large clients in Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution, Energy Retail, E-mobility infrastructure, District heating & cooling and Water & Waste. You help our clients with a broad range of services such as (digital) strategies, process-led transformations and post-merger integrations.
Technology You will lead with insight: use of advanced data & analytics and human-centric design to co-create and implement technology-enabled, disruptive strategies and solutions that win competitive advantage, unlock value and drive growth for clients.
Data Data has a crucial role in your job. You make data-driven decisions. Combined with critical thinking, experience, and input from others you will bring resolutions for complex problems. You understand and know how to leverage the power of data while remaining conscious of data privacy and data security.

Here's what you'll need
Completed Master's degree program in a technical, business or economic direction;
3-5 years of consulting experience and/or relevant industry experience in Energy or Utilities Industry;
Experience and interest in the energy transition
Affinity with technology and digitalization
Excellent presentation & communication skills in Dutch and English;
You have excellent quantitative and analytical skills;
You are a hard worker and able to work independently;
You are a team player with a “can-do” mentality who can think outside the box
