Your job

You’ll be committed to a thesis research focused on HR-, Talent-, Organization- and Change Management topics. You would choose one of our priority topics or bring your own topic if relevant*. You will turn your insights and best practices into new ideas that enable organizations to unlock human potential and create values through measurable results. Together we will develop a research that suits you, the industries/organizations, your university, and our T&O practice.

Next to the thesis, Accenture offers you the possibility to develop your professional skills. For instance, you will be invited to organize workshops with relevant clients based on your research to share your insights and amplify your impact, to publish knowledge-sharing articles for Accenture, and/or become part of our insights conference with clients and speakers from industry and academia. At Accenture, the sky is the limit!

You will work closely with one of our 70+ T&O practitioners in the Netherlands as your mentor and have access to the knowledge and expertise of our immense network. You will be part of the local and global community of T&O practitioners who share your passion about people and change businesses everyday by delivering high performance.

Your team

Accenture Strategy & Consulting is the driving force in helping companies answer such questions. You will advise senior management in their next steps – based on data analysis, experience, expertise and an innovative approach. Together with a diverse team of experts, you will challenge current industry obstacles and find the key solution for clients in their current markets: Surpassing the disruption and consolidating future success for organizations.

Your background

  • Graduating in a relevant Master degree programme within the next 12 months (e.g. Organizational Psychology, Management, Change Management, HR, etc.)
  • Fluent in English and preferably Dutch, both spoken and written
  • A team player with strong analytical, social and communications skills
  • Ambitious and proactive, as proven by additional activities alongside your studies (e.g. experience abroad/ internships/competitions & accolades)
  • Affinity and the ambition to grow in Business & Change Agility, Workforce Transformation, Learning & Skilling, HR, Data Fluency, Leadership, Culture, Inclusion & Diversity, etc.
