As a Test Automation Engineer in the Health & Public Services group, you play a crucial role in delivering innovative and stable quality software solutions for our clients. Together with highly driven colleagues you will be working as a test automation engineer on complex and transformational IT implementation projects, which make use of intelligent platforms like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, IBM, Salesforce and others. Our clients within the public service and health industry have the ambition to digitalize their businesses, become more Agile, reduce IT cost, simplify their IT-landscape and move to the ‘new IT’, adopting value added services/technologies and cloud technologies. 

The Health & Public Services industry team is leading insights and delivering innovative solutions to help public and health organizations in delivering better services to our society. Our teams are working closely with our clients on solutions that makes The Netherlands safer, more prosperous, and healthier. 

Your Job
As a Test Automation Engineer you are responsible for building and setting up test automation solutions and frameworks for our customers in the Health and Public Service market. You are therefore able to oversee complex environments and eager to help customers with the help of Automation tools. For example, if applications for the distribution of welfare, the functioning of our public safety, or the registration of medicines are not accessible or functioning poorly, this has immediate consequences. Stability and quality are therefore crucial. At the same time, these organizations want to innovate and need to be able to respond increasingly quickly to changes in the market. This places high demands on quality assurance and testing, and often necessitates test automation.

Your background

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree with an IT component;
  •  Minimum of 1 year experience as test automation engineer;
  • Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium and Cucumber ;
  • Nice to have: ISTQB certification;
  • Experience in working in an Agile project environment;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
  • Team player with strong analytical skills.
