An effective sustainable technology strategy helps drive business growth and ESG performance by delivering on three imperatives:

To support our clients in their sustainable journey ESG Measurement & Tracking Platforms – e.g. Microsoft Sustainability Manager, Sphera, Enablon, Salesforce Netzero Cloud and SAP Sustainability Control Tower - are a crucial starting point in the realization of their sustainability ambitions.

  • People You will work with senior Business & IT Executives, solution architects and IT managers to deliver and end-to-end implement ESG and/or Sustainability platforms . You are the linking pin between the Client and ESG Delivery teams, and, in certain cases, act as a Product Owner or shadow Product Owner on behalf of the client. And based on your experience, you can take the delivery lead role and be responsible for the project management in our projects.

  • Processes During the implementations of the ESG and/or Sustainability platforms at the clients, you are not only directly supporting the clients in creating insights in their ESG performance, you also provide the clients the opportunity and enable them to incorporate sustainability into their day-to-day work. In other words – getting standardized insights in the ESG performance enables the client to transform to a sustainable business 

  • Technology In this role you will be the expert and implementation lead for Sustainability solutions in space of: ESG Measurement, Netzero Cloud Solutions, Respinsible Value Chain and/or circularity.  This includes data architectures, data pipelines and infrastructures topics. In scope - both limited to – are the platforms like: Microsoft Sustainability Manager, Salesforce Net Zero Cloud, SAP Sustainability Control Tower, Sphera, Ecovadis & Enablon;

  • Data As Platform Implementation expert for ESG & Sustainability solutions you determine – together with your ESG Data Experts – the  data scope and ensure the right data pipelines are developed. to fill the platforms with the right data. This enables the measurement and analysis of the ESG & Sustainability performance and enable our clients in reaching their Sustainability targets and execute their journeys.

Here's what you'll need

  • Experience with ESG and/or Sustainability platforms: Experience with application and programming languages essential to cloud computing — ranging from the web front end to the server environment to the back-end database, i.e., the full stack.

  • Experience with Platform, Cloud, ERP Implementatione: Minimum of 3 years’ experience developing business applications using object-oriented programming languages (g.,Java) and experience with JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, Node.js.

  • Experience with Green Software: Hands-on AWS experience with at least one implementation (preferably in an enterprise-scale environment)

  • Experience as data architect, preferably in the ESG domain

Bonus points if you have

  • If you hold any (Technology) Sustainability certificates and degrees

  • If you have Sustainability Coaching & Consulting Experience
