THE WORK  
 Are you passionate about banking, insurance, capital markets and the disruptive impact of digital on this industry? The financial services industry is at a point in time that we’re going to recognize looking back, as the moment when things changed fundamentally. Will you help our clients to navigate this discontinuity? Accenture Technology Strategy & Advisory may just be the place for you!  

• People: You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients in order to shape and steer technology enabled, large scale transformations. You will work with C-level executives, digital marketers and/or IT managers . You will lead client meetings and drive insights, decisions, and actions, balancing understanding client needs, and presenting an informed and convincing perspective 
• Processes: You will be advising and working with our clients to shape and execute business visions enabled by our extensive library of methods and tools. You will clearly articulate transformation business value and present options for problems that align to the clients’ transformation goals. You will use your experience in Financial Services to guide our clients towards a well-defined target picture while effectively managing changes. You will support with additional activities such as creating a Point of View, develop assets, etc  
• Technology:  You will contribute to our thought leadership at the intersection of business and technology. You will advise around complex technology concepts and strategies easily towards clients and build lasting trusted relationships. You will convey a deep understanding of new technologies and platforms at the intersection of the client’s industry. You will leverage enterprise architecture and data architecture models to (re)define the client’s technology stack, through Cloud adoption, creation of Cloud Patterns and DevOps practices and tooling.
• Data: You will develop and apply data-driven methods to analyze our clients’ strategic challenges, solving complex problems, and helping them realize their business strategy through the right use of new technologies. You will understand the importance of data for business decision making and leverage technical knowledge to ensure data management, data governance, and data architecture supports the client’s overall strategy.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Completed Master’s degree, preferable with a technical and/or (business) economics focus  
• Fluency in English & Dutch language is a must, both written and verbal  
• 3-5 years of experience on a transformation program driving value management/realization, executive storytelling or managing measures of success  
• Relevant experience creating investment cases and focus on value, planning / structuring analytical work, facilitating team workshops, and developing transformation recommendations  
• Strong consulting skills, e.g. solid financial and business acumen, structured and abstract thinking, analytical and creative problem solving, project management, prioritizing, communication, and stakeholder management    
• Knowledge of technology trends through previous experience and marked interest in the latest innovations  
• Leadership qualities: the ability to easily establish trust-based relationships and gain valuable insights through collaboration and communication
