Your job

As part of our growing Enterprise Agility team, we are looking for an Agile Transformation Consultant. As an Agile Transformation Consultant you will be helping our clients in their transformation to becoming more agile. You help organizations to mature their ability to deliver IT and services at high velocity, improve service quality to customers, and gain a competitive edge by becoming more agile. You’ll have experience with the challenges in scaling and applying these practices in large organizations. You're able to find pragmatic solutions on how clients can realize their agility goals even though their legacy is limiting their potential. You’re able to understand the challenges that clients typically encounter in their Agile Transformation and guide them in their journey.

Within our Enterprise Agility team, your role will be to help our clients to transform successfully to stay ahead as information-driven, digital organizations, by:

  • Analyzing complex situations and problems and finding strategic solutions to tackle them
  • Helping to apply Agile & DevOps principles and practices in organization design for large companies   
  • Supporting in designing and setting up Agile & DevOps transformation roadmaps
  • Applying your knowledge and experience around DevOps in real life client situations
  • Communicating complex technology concept easily towards clients and build lasting relationships

Together with a diverse team of experts, you will challenge current industry obstacles and find the key solution for clients in their current markets: Surpassing the disruption and consolidating future success for organizations.

Your background

  • Completed Master’s degree​
  • 2-4 years of experience on Agile Transformations and DevOps specific topics
  • Demonstrable knowledge about IT Organizational Design, Agile and DevOps concepts such as SAFe, Scrum and ITIL
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills​
  • Fluency in English & Dutch language, both written and verbal​
  • Experience with Agile Transformations and DevOps specific topics
  • Demonstrable knowledge about IT Organizational Design, Agile and DevOps concepts such as SAFe, Scrum and ITIL
  • Proven entrepreneurship and ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment​
  • Excellent leadership, management, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills​Excellent communication and program management skills​
  • Relevant background in an international environment​
  • Leadership qualities; the ability to easily establish trust-based relationships and gain valuable insights through collaboration and communication​
  • Drive; enjoys a challenge, proven ability to adapt and remove obstacles to achieve results, determination and optimism​
  • Entrepreneurial: high level of initiative and identify opportunities​
  • Team spirit: enjoys working in a team and coaching junior team members
