As a Technical Support Engineer in IT Operations, you are mainly supporting our users at our Amsterdam or Utrecht office. You will be responsible for: the second line IT support, preparing workstations for new joiners, replacing laptops, reporting hardware failures to the suppliers, carrying out simple hardware repairs/replacement, processing support requests and charging services to internal teams.
You will be part of the department Local Technology Services (LTS) within the Operations Shared Services, part of Accenture Technology. The team exists out of 13 colleagues that work together on supporting our users with any IT support.

- Has an (MBO) degree related to ICT administration and 0-3 years of working experience;
- Is customer friendly, stress resistant, eager to learn, pragmatic and can work both in teams as well as independently;
- Native Dutch proficiency and fluent in English;
- Is Microsoft Certified, most preferred on Windows 10, networking essentials or planning to get certification within next months and has an ITIL Foundation Certification or planning to get within short term;
- Has a Dutch driver’s license B and is willing to work on different Accenture locations when needed;
- Availability on short term.
