For our Candidate Sourcing Team, Accenture is looking for a Talent Sourcer. You play an important part in finding technology specialists who will make Accenture grow and be successful. You are the sparring partner of our Recruiters and Hiring Managers. Together with the Recruiter, you are responsible for the right sourcing strategy to fulfill the open positions.You use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, jobboards, and our database.
An important part of the role is to further professionalize direct sourcing, and you participate actively in optimizing search techniques, workflows and (candidate) communication. You make sure that Accenture keeps innovating in the way we approach passive candidates and that we are seen as an interesting company to work.

You have successfully obtained a relevant Bachelor or Master degree;
1 - 3 years' recruiting or talent sourcing experience through an internship or within your first job;
Some IT Recruitment knowledge is preferred;
You get energized by building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders;
Team player with excellent communication skills;
Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory);
High level of independence and motivation/drive;
Eager to learn;
