Your job

For our clients to succeed in adapting to the changing world, leaders need to lead in an entirely new way and corporate culture is evolving. Within our Talent & Organization practice, as a Leadership & Culture Consultant / Manager, you deliver value for our clients within 4 different domains:

  • Leadership & Culture strategy: Facilitating clients in defining their purpose, desired culture and leadership capability, crafting the culture narrative. Identifying culture opportunities for advantage. Aligning board and executive level to reframe what is possible.  

  • Leadership Assessment: Defining the key leader attributes at all levels that will drive strategic and culture success. Assessing and benchmarking future-relevant capability and profiling of leadership teams for successful leader selection and (team) development.

  • Leadership Development: Changing behavior and developing the capabilities of leaders and teams to become more purposeful, connected, responsible and agile. Providing experiential and blended leadership development through insight, coaching, team development, (digital) learning and behavioral experimentation.

  • Culture Activation: Designing and executing culture initiatives, enhancing engagement and creating ripple effect with culture ambassadors. Facilitating behavioral experimentation to start culture change small, by creating new habits. Using data and insights to track growth and build human-centric organizations which are adaptive and customer-focused.

Your background

  • Completed University Master’s degree; preferably in psychology, behavioral economics, behavioral sciences or similar.

  • Proven experience in Leadership Development & Culture Change; e.g. in designing and delivering interventions to help senior leaders and teams to change behavior to become more purposeful, connected, and responsible.

  • Passion for & knowledge of behavioural science and how to apply this.

  • 5 – 8 years of work experience as leadership development & culture change advisor in the industry and / or consultancy.

  • Fluency in Dutch and English; (must).

  • Experience in leading (large project) teams.

  • Experience in facilitation of workshops and leadership sessions.

  • Track record as a human centered -, insight driven- and iterative problem-solver.

  • You are a hard worker and able to work independently.

  • You are a team player with a “can-do” mentality who can think outside the box.
