We are looking for an Talent Brand Specialist (location Amsterdam)
You will play a central role in identifying what makes Accenture attractive to candidates (graduates as well as experienced hires), highlighting the key differentiators that set Accenture apart from our competitors. You will leverage candidate-facing communications, work closely with our social media Lead and manage our digital candidate channels (WerkenBijAccenture) to convey our corporate culture and the employee experience in a compelling way. In addition, you will contribute to developing and communicating the employee value proposition and partner with recruitment colleagues to develop sourcing strategies that meet current and future hiring needs.

They want to know, what they can expect on a day-to-day basis and what kind of atmosphere Accenture exhales. As an Talent Brand Specialist, you will drive the execution of our employer branding agenda in the Netherlands, both in the digital and offline space. Key areas of focus include developing and driving a sustainable and scalable digital branding and marketing strategy based on WerkenBijAccenture, being active on social media in close collaboration with our Social Lead, as well as providing support & guidance to the recruitment team to enable the business to meet the annual hiring targets. To make the market understand who we are and what we stand for, it is at least that important to make feel and understand all our internal Accenture brand ambassadors the same.
You will lead and contribute to projects that seek to simplify and improve our candidate experience while providing organizational synergies.
Key responsibilities & tasks
Social media, digital media, and content generation strategies:Build, develop, execute, and measure marketing strategies that expand our digital reach to target talent via social media, and our content platform (Accenture insights). Identify areas of synergy with the global employer branding strategy and platforms.
Candidate experience & engagement: Identify areas of opportunity to improve the candidate experience and implement projects to support that goal.
Web presence/SEO: Ensure WerkenBijAccenture is up-to-date, consistent and messaging are distributed across WerkenBijAccenture to provide a best-in-class candidate experience. Ensure our web presence is closely aligned with the global branding strategy while also providing dynamic, hyper local content to differentiate our presence in the Netherlands and appeal to local talent. Ensure search engine optimization is in place for our Netherlands careers site so that potential applicants easily locate them.
Vendor management: Manage vendors and agencies related to the execution of employer branding initiatives, including stretching partnerships to meet goals while minimizing overall expense.
EVP role out: Implement the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).as developed for NL, and create attractive, differentiated tactics to bring our EVP across.
Deliverables: Personally responsible for the hands on production of web copy, collateral and communications for a wide range of talent sourcing activities.
Closing the loop: Deliver return on investment metrics on all channel requirements to measure the impact.
Alumni: Alumni are an interesting and important source of people to stay in touch with, connect with and ultimately rehire them. Besides the Executive Alumni base we have, the brother Alumni network needs to be setup, based on using the Global platform.
Referrals: Referrals are an important channel to use, since our people are the best brand ambassadors we have to tell the story based on own experiences. Creating internal campaigns to keep attention on this opportunity to bring new people out of each others network.
Position in the organization
You will be part of the Marketing & Communication team, where your role will be integrated with the other marketing priorities. To ensure a good employer branding strategy you will work closely with HR/ Recruitment & the different Accenture Businesses. Plus of course you will be part of the Gallia and Global Accenture Employer Branding network, where you and the other experts are sharing best practices and knowledge that contributes to our further growth and attracting new people.
You will report to the the Director of Marketing & Communications Netherlands and in a ‘dotted line’ to the Europe Talent Brand Lead.
The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:
Networker, strong collaboration skills
Proactive, initiative taking
Strong tactical skills and the strong ability to deliver from an operational perspective
Energetic and innovative mindset
You also have the ability to function well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desired skills & experience
Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing or Communications;
3 years relevant work experience - preferably in an international environment;
Knowledge of and experience in business services is a requirement;
Proven skills in the field of employer branding marketing (tactical and implementation);
Excellent project management skills (incl. reporting, budget management and management of third parties)
Extensive and practical knowledge of digital marketing, working with Content Management Systsmes (=CMS);
Strong time management and organizational skills;
Ability to use different social styles in different situations;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
