Support Engineer - Operations

As an Infrastructure Technical Support Analyst you are mainly supporting our users at our Amsterdam and Utrecht offices. You will be responsible for: the second line IT support, preparing workstations for new joiners, replacing laptops, reporting hardware failures to the suppliers, carrying out simple hardware repairs/replacement, processing support requests and charging services to internal teams.
- Has an (MBO) degree related to ICT administration and 0-3 years of working experience.
- Is customer friendly, stress resistant, eager to learn, pragmatic and can work both in teams as well as independently.
- Is Microsoft Certified, most preferred on Windows 10, networking essentials or planning to get certification within next months and has an ITIL Foundation Certification or planning to get within short term
- Has a Dutch driver’s license B and is willing to work on different Accenture locations when needed.
