Your Job

As an Infrastructure Technical Support Analyst you are mainly supporting our users at our Amsterdam offices. You will be responsible for: the second line IT support, preparing workstations for new joiners, replacing laptops, reporting hardware failures to the suppliers, carrying out simple hardware repairs/replacement, processing support requests and charging services to internal teams.

As driven individuals within the corporate functions department we do whatever it takes to ensure Accenture’s success – every day. This department bundles together specialists from HR, Finance, Marketing + Communications, Legal and IT services to support our thriving consultants.

Your role entails being the internal consultant within our consultancy bureau: Based on your expertise, you will advise and help guide, support and improve our end-to-end business. Through modern tools, innovative practices and your expertise we take a different approach to modern-day obstacles – resulting in the new optimal outcomes.

You will be part of a team of several colleagues, taking ownership for the full IT process

Your background

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has an (MBO) degree related to ICT administration and 0-3 years of working experience. 
  • Is customer friendly, stress resistant, eager to learn, pragmatic and can work both in teams as well as independently.
  • Is Microsoft Certified, most preferred on Windows 10, networking essentials or planning to get certification within next months and has an ITIL Foundation Certification or planning to get within short term
  • Has a Dutch driver’s license B and is willing to work on different Accenture locations when needed.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
