Your job
As a Supply Chain Strategy Consultant in our Strategy & Consulting team, you are involved in large-scale Supply Chain projects that hit the core of our client’s operations and work with our clients supply chain function to shape and implement (digital) supply chain planning transformations. Your primary expertise is to support end-to-end strategy (supply chain strategy, operating model development, turnaround programs) to implementation of supply chain digital and analytics capabilities.
You will be engaged in multiple projects in a diverse and challenging range of industries in the Netherlands and Internationally. You will have the ability to operate in rapidly evolving and changing environments and comfortable with driving results and identifying follow-on opportunities.
As a Consultant you will be responsible for supporting delivery teams to formulate and execute customer-centric planning and fulfillment strategies. You understand the client’s unique situation and developing deliverables which exceeds expectations. You can perform complex analysis and create innovative ideas to support benefits realization and keep the broader perspective in mind. You can identify what is required to solve challenges as well as build and maintain strong client relationships.
Moreover, you are ambitious and committed to develop yourself and able to manage, train and develop a team of analysts to produce a strong Supply Chain & Operations team.

Your background
Master’s Degree
3-5 years relevant experience in Supply Chain Management(previous Consulting experience is preferred)
Excellent communication and project management skills
Fluent in English (both spoken and written), fluent in Dutch is desirable
Entrepreneurial spirit: high level of initiative and identify opportunities
Highly motivated, passionate and eager to succeed
Ability to influence and constructively challenge
