Supply Chain, Operations and Sustainability Strategy professionals help our clients to shape their future (digital) supply chain, integrating planning, sourcing and procurement, product design, manufacturing, fulfillment and supplier management, as well as improving end-to-end cost competitiveness.

Your job

As a Supply Chain, Operations and Sustainability Strategy Manager, you will manage project teams delivering front-end insights into our client's operations functions and help these organizations formulate and implement actionable strategies to drive cost reduction, growth and innovation through operations-wide transformations. You are able to build and maintain strong client relationships.

You will be engaged in multiple projects in a diverse and challenging range of industries. You will have the ability to operate in rapidly evolving and changing environments and comfortable with driving results and identifying follow-on opportunities.

As a Manager you will be responsible for planning and managing a project to time and budget in support of the overall client engagement. You understand the client’s unique situation and developing deliverables which exceeds expectations. You are able to perform complex analysis and create innovative ideas to support benefits realization and keep the broader perspective in mind. You are able to identify what is required to solve challenges as well as build and maintain strong client relationships.

Moreover, you are ambitious and committed to develop yourself and able to manage, train and develop a team of consultants to produce a strong Supply Chain & Operations team.

Your background

  • Master’s Degree

  • 5-8 years relevant experience in Supply Chain and/or Sourcing and Procurement

  • Excellent communication and program management skills

  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills

  • Fluency in English & Dutch language, both written and verbal

  • Entrepreneurial spirit: high level of initiative and identify opportunities

  • Highly motivated, passionate and eager to succeed

  • Ability to influence and constructively challenge

  • Consulting experience, where a strategy consulting background is a plus

  • Relevant background in an international environment
