- Daily tasks: As a Supply Chain Junior Consultant in our Strategy & Consulting team, you are involved in large-scale Supply Chain projects that impact the core of our client’s operations. You will work with our clients’ supply chain functions to shape the end-to-end strategy (supply chain strategy, operating model development, turnaround programs) to implementation of supply chain digital and analytics capabilities. You will be engaged in projects in a diverse and challenging range of industries in the Netherlands and Internationally. You will have the ability to operate in rapidly evolving and changing environment. As Strategy & Consulting Junior Consultant you will work directly with the client in a team of young and enthusiastic colleagues. You help leading (international) organizations to solve their most complex business problems, whilst continuously developing your market-relevant supply chain knowledge, your advisory hard- and soft skills.
- Technology: Our projects typically have a strong technology component, whether its supporting the deployment of advanced supply chain tools in planning like BlueYonder, O9, Kinaxis, using process mining tools like Celonis to get a deep understanding of process complexity and improvement areas or doing deep data analyses using advanced analytics tools like PowerBI, technology is at the core of our work!
- Data: Supply chains are generating enormous amounts of data these days, and our work relies heavily on fact based data-driven insights. As Junior consultant you will be driving the analyses to uncover the hidden insights and support our clients make the right decisions. From analyzing customer order patterns and shipment data to improve transport strategy or running process mining analyses, you will be working with supply chain data on a daily basis!

Here's what you'll need
- Excellent communicational skills (Dutch and English are a must)
- Master’s degree, preferably on the cross-section of technology/engineering and business/economics (e.g. industrial engineering, econometrics, operations research, supply chain management, (Beta-)science)
- Proactive, driven individual that is looking to grow
- Affinity with data analytics and related technologies
- Experience looked upon favorably but is not a prerequisite.
Bonus point's if you have
- International experience (study / internship / work)
- Achievements in sports or hobbies
- Extracurricular activities (e.g. honors programs, charity work, serious student organization roles)
