As a Manager or Consultant in the Sourcing & Procurement team you are delivering large-scale procurement transformations, helping our clients to embrace change and become a high-performance procurement organization.
You will support procurement departments to drive value. Either executing cost improvement programs, covering both direct and indirect spend or transforming sourcing teams and equipping them with the right structures, processes and technology. Accenture’s renowned Zero Based Budgeting and Closed Loop Spend Management ensures maximum cost savings as well as strong internal alignment with stakeholders.
The everchanging pace of market developments will only continue to accelerate in the future – and many organizations struggle to challenge new innovative competition within the market. How do different innovations influence the market, what are the results and how can companies adapt themselves to remain agile in the future?
Accenture Strategy & Consulting is the driving force in helping companies answer such questions. You will advise C-level management in their strategic blueprints – based on data analysis, experience, expertise and an innovative approach. Together with a diverse team of experts, you will challenge current industry obstacles and find the key solution for clients in their current markets: Surpassing the disruption through our end-to-end services, consolidating future success for organizations.
- Master’s degree
- 2 or more years (Digital) Sourcing & Procurement experience
- Excellent communicational skills (Dutch and English)
- Proactive, driven individual that it looking to grow
- Consulting experience is looked upon favorably
- Experience looked upon favorably but is not a prerequisite:
- Procurement related technologies such as Coupa
- Digital Procurement
- Procurement Operating Model and Process Design
- Procurement or Business Transformation
- Previous consulting experience
