Smart Connected Product Design and Development Consulting Lead

You will work with clients to industrialize their intelligent product engineering teams, helping them remain competitive against new market entrants and to bake cloud, analytics and Edge into their most innovative and sophisticated products. 

We are looking for a Principal Consultant at a European level who can build client relationships with C-level, including Head of Engineering/R&D, and generate opportunities through consultative-based selling. You’ll help design innovative solutions, differentiated value propositions and shape deals to drive transformational value. 

• Work across Accenture networks and ecosystem's, building high performing teams to drive value to the client 

• Leverage deep engineering and/or product development expertise with the ability to articulate fluently through compelling story telling. 

• Gain credibility with the R&D organization of our clients based on experience in industry and consulting in R&D and cloud engineering disciplines 

• Grow the next generation of engineering consulting leaders 

• Ensure that product engineering organizational transformation value propositions combine strategic thinking with cloud-native engineering and platform development 

Skills / Knowledge  

• Deep knowledge of embedded and connected product engineering processes and tools 

• Ability to design ops and delivery models associated with connected product and cloud development organizations 

• Strong knowledge of available development acceleration and operational tools 

• Knowledge of key focus of one or more industries such as Industrials, Automotive, High Tech, or Hyperscalers / SW&P 

• Deep understanding of the challenges involved in software adoption in engineering and how to overcome these challenges 

• Background in 2 of the following would be ideal, Analytics, Security, and Edge Technologies
