Your job

As a ServiceNow Manager, you will advise our clients on ServiceNow options and possibilities to support all IT and non-IT services. As the ServiceNow platform has a broad spectrum of components, you will work with most Service Management methodologies as well as cutting-edge technologies like ITOM, Machine Learning, DevOps and AI.

Together with the ServiceNow management team you will be working on interesting proposals and sales activities on ServiceNow deals. You will be involved in implementations and introduction of ServiceNow to new and existing clients. In your role as manager you will be responsible for managing delivery projects as well as consultancy projects at various clients and is expected that you’re able to setup a project approach, staffing and determine the scope.

Your background

We are looking for people with the following qualifications:

  • A minimum completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in the areas of Business or IT;
  • At least 5-10 years of working experience in the area of IT, with relevant management skills;
  • Team player with strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in English and willing to learn Dutch;
  • You are creative, client focused and mindset to deliver value to our clients;
  • Experience in driving sustainable, organizational change;
  • Experience in ServiceNow (development);
  • Experience in Service Management;
  • Experience with project and/or consulting type of work.
