Voor de uitbreiding van ons team zoeken we momenteel een ervaren en getalenteerde service design strategist. Iemand met werkervaring die bewezen heeft impact te kunnen maken door het strategisch toepassen van service design methodologieën.

Your job

Je helpt onze klanten relevant te blijven in de snel veranderende wereld door het verkennen, creëren en realiseren van toekomstige waarde proposities. Deze kunnen zowel fysiek als digitaal zijn: je creëert de juiste mix tussen product aanbod, serviceconcepten en klantervaringen. Zo transformeer je het portfolio en de merken van onze klanten.

Dit kan alleen door de behoeftes van gebruikers én stakeholders te begrijpen. Je combineert dit met merkstrategie en een business perspectief. Je overziet trends, achterhaalt latente behoeftes en analyseert gebruikerservaringen. Je vertaalt deze inzichten tot overzichtelijke visuele syntheses, zoals bijvoorbeeld Customer Journey Maps.

Met jouw analytisch inzicht en service design skills draag je bij aan het identificeren van de strategische kansen en je bent daarbij degene die in staat is nieuwe diensten te creëren en visueel en verbaal te presenteren. Van eerste idee, tot uitgewerkte service blueprint. Je werkt gedurende het hele proces nauw samen met diverse collega’s en blijft betrokken tot en met het realiseren van concrete fysieke en digitale touchpoints.

Your background

  • Master's degree in strategisch service design (TU Delft IO: SPD, DFI of vergelijkbaar)
  • Relevante werkervaring als service designer bij een commercieel bureau (3-5 jaar)
  • Ervaren met de hierbij gangbare tools en manieren van werken als design sprints, lean startup, gevalideerd leren. Affiniteit met hedendaagse businessmodellen, ecosystemen en (digitale) platforms.
  • Nederlands & Engels (extra talen zijn een pluspunt)
  • Je werkt co-creatief samen met (klanten)teams. Je faciliteert en adviseert met zelfvertrouwen vanuit jouw inhoudelijke expertise. Je bent resultaatgericht en zelfstandig. Je bezit goede communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
