We are looking for a driven colleague with several years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform. As a Senior Specialist ServiceNow your emphasis will be to explore new opportunities and to lead the team through projects that are focused on either operational support or on implementation of certain ServiceNow platform services and features. Furthermore, writing propositions to position/ promote the capability will be part of your job.
You will be part of an enthusiastic and inclusive team that is eager to grow the ServiceNow and IT Service Management practice and bring an end-to-end service delivery to our clients. Through diverging opportunities, you will work closely with SME’s across a full spectrum of industries to generate substantial value and make a difference. Moreover, with a nationwide (and sometimes global team you are expected to think along and have a problem-solving mind set to tackle challenges for our clients.

To qualify for and be successful in this role, you must:
- Have 5 to 7 years of experience with a track record of driving successful business projects.
- Have a technical and functional understanding of the ServiceNow platform and it’s various features. Preferably, if you have implemented or administrated ITOM, ITBM or ITSM projects.
- Have knowledge of programming/ scripting languages and of web-based protocols (e.g. Web services, SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML).
- Be entrepreneurial, analytical, structured, service-oriented, creative, and an initiator.
- Possess the ability to persuade and be a trusted advisor for the client and the business and identify new opportunities.
- Be able to make decisions based on extensive analysis and resolution.
- Operate independently with limited guidance as well as perform well as a team player.
- Excellent written and verbal communications in English.
- Nice to have: ITIL 4 certification
- Nice to have: Dutch speaking.
