This is you
You've always come up with creative and innovative solutions.
Regardless of how busy it is, you remain energetic, sharp and focused.
Starting a conversation feels natural for you, so is networking!
Hey, hello there! Nice to have you here. We’ll just briefly introduce ourselves.
We’re a fun-loving team of clever, passionate people. We think, plot, and create digital product experiences to help our clients solve problems and seize opportunities. Our work includes crafting digital products that people love, implementing industry-changing digital transformations and improving business performance using digital technology and data insights. We bridge the gap between brand promise and expectations - by creating transformative Experiences.
You’ll probably like to know that our office is based bang in the centre of Amsterdam in a monumental building, you’ll love it! (We are slowly starting to go back to the office). That’s more or less it, now let’s talk about the job and you.
Now, this position is product design focused. What does that mean?
You know the user-centered product design process from top to bottom
And confidently apply and adapt this design process, tailoring it to small andbig-sized projects.
Sometimes you’ll work independently for clients from home, our studio, or on location at the client.
And at times you’ll work with other designers, enabling and helping them to grow.
You’ll pitch ideas with enthusiasm and passion to buy in your audience through story telling.
And facilitate workshops with our clients to understand, ideate, and create. All that good stuff.
You’ll turn concepts into prototypes whether it’s low or high-fidelity you’ll make it look good.
And conduct user research from user interviews to usability testing to find out whether you are building the right thing, before you build the thing right.
You’ll nerd out on information architecture, wireframes, design systems, and edge cases and know what is needed for the end-to-end process.
Refine and polish the user interface, obsessing over details, perfectly placing every pixel in balance with your 8pt grid.
Working closely with developers, to understand the technical needs, limitation, edge cases, and seek boundaries so that together you’ll deliver a top-notch product into the hands of your users.
You’ll be part of the product design team inspiring your fellow designers, experimenting with new tools and methods, refining our process, and helping shape our design handbook (currently in the making).
