You will be orchestrating expertise from across Accenture — strategy, consulting, digital, technology and operations, and have the ambition to continuously develop your market relevant knowledge, your advisory and commercial skills, and are expected and challenged to do so.
With our Utilities practice we provide functional and industry consulting services to Utility companies. We are industry experts with the insights and capabilities to transform leading Utility organizations and help them navigate ever-changing landscape they operate in.
As (Senior) Manager you will be part of the Utilities Industry Practice. With this practice we help large clients in Generation, Transmission & Distribution, Energy Retail, E-mobility infrastructure, and Water & Waste. In this role you help our clients large scale transformations with a specific focus on New Energy companies with a focus on for example e-mobility infrastructure companies. You will act as project or program manager for large projects and/or overseeing multiple projects in a transformation program and serve as a linking pin to the project responsible at the client side, at CxO level. The projects are often focused on either delivering digital and/or technology capabilities at our customers (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) or on business transformations.
As (Senior) manager you will also actively pursuit business development opportunities along your project delivery, at our clients to grow our accounts in the fast-growing New Energies area. To enable you in your tasks, you will also have the ambition to continuously develop your market relevant knowledge, your advisory and commercial skills, and are expected and challenged to do so.
Completed Master's degree program in a technical, business or economic direction
5-15 years of consulting experience with transformation programs
Experience with and interest in the energy transition
Affinity with technology and digitalization (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
You have excellent quantitative and analytical skills
You are a hard worker and able to work independently
You are a team player with a “can-do” mentality who can think outside the box
Experience in sales and proposal development
