As (Senior) Manager Engineering & Construction, you will be part of the Products Industry team within Strategy & Consulting. This team supports companies in the following industries:
- Retail industry, including grocery, fashion and beauty, DIY, and non-food
- Consumer goods industry, including food & beverage and home & personal care
- Industrial industry, including manufacturing, industrial equipment, engineering, and construction)
- Mobility, including automotive and public transport
- Travel industry, including airline, travel services, and hospitality

You will work on a broad range of topics, such as digital strategies, business transformations, and innovative operating models. You will lead with insights to co-create technology-enabled, disruptive strategies and solutions that unlock value and drive growth for clients. You have the ambition to continuously develop your industry knowledge, your advisory and commercial skills, and are expected and challenged to do so. As a consultant, you will also have an active role in developing thought leadership and creating point of views within the different industries and contribute to our practice by organizing and participating in community events.

- University Master’s degree with strong results
- Minimum 6 - 8 years of relevant experience, with several years in consulting (sales and delivery)
- Proven history and track record in this industry
- Likely currently working at competitor and/or boutique or industry step-out after consulting and considering step back
- Strong relationship and leadership skills
- Commercial mindset and ability to open things up
- Able to bring the right team together
- Excellent project- and stakeholder management skills
- Passion and drive to build teams and business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both Dutch & English)
- Dutch language is required.
- Proven experience as industry consulting leader with a focus on engineering & construction clients
- Bring a network of clients
- Experience in managing larger and/or multiple teams of consultants, transforming ideas into reality and delivering on challenging project milestones;
- Demonstrated to take ownership & initiative in various aspects of project delivery and sales (strategy and business model assessment, business and solution architecture, process and requirements development, IT implementation).
