As a Senior Manager Digital Proposition and Commercial Strategy, you will be responsible for developing a capability and offering to support our (potential) clients with assessing and designing a new or improved digital value proposition and corresponding commercial strategy. You have an excellent track record of creating successful digital propositions and can independently manage client and project teams across various activities. These include digital proposition definition, business case development and business modelling – especially, in the context of digital commerce. Your experience working in multi-disciplinary and distributed agile teams across Digital Commerce, Customer Experience and Digital Marketing helps you to deliver digital innovation to Accenture’s clients.
You will also be responsible to drive new business development opportunities in this domain, incl. creation of assets and proposals to pitch our approach and work to clients. You will do this by working collaboratively with customers, our partner network and internal Accenture teams. Subsequently, you will play a consultative role in the first phases of projects that are sold until the delivery and implementation teams are successfully up and running and in case it’s needed remain involved as a strategic advisor to the customer.

Completed bachelor or master's degree, preferably in business or marketing.
7-10+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced digital environment and hands-on experience with proposition design, business case development, commercial strategy and business modelling.
An excellent track record in pipeline generation and pipeline conversion at an Agency or Services company,
Excellent senior client stakeholder communication skills, structured, strong analytical and results-oriented mindset.
Fluent in English (verbal and written communication), Dutch speaking strong pre.
