As a Senior Inhouse Recruiter, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process at our client side in Amsterdam: you contribute in thinking about the recruitment strategy; you advise your internal clients/business, and you will be responsible for efficient fulfillment of the recruitment demand. Naturally, you are also responsible for the entire guidance of the selection process for your candidates. You will be working with an Inhouse Recruitment team at the client located in Amsterdam, which is a large international company.
This position is part of a large Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) deal. This project goes live soon at the client side, which means you will work in a start-up environment with other new recruitment colleagues. The project starts with a team of five colleagues, existing of two experienced recruiters, one junior recruiter, one L&D specialist, and one delivery lead/recruitment lead. The ambition is to grow the project and the team. This role is part of a long-term project and relation with the client.

You have a Bachelor or Master degree;
You have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment and relationship management (with Hiring Managers and candidates);
You are able to build and manage strong relationships internally and externally, able to develop creative recruitment action plans; flexible, proactive and have an ambitious mindset aimed at driving service excellence and continuous improvement;
You are fluent in Dutch and English.
