We are looking for SAP Sales & Customer Experience Consultants who will help clients implement SAP solutions in Sales and CX, while being part of challenging and educational projects. You will not only deal with traditional sales, distribution, and billing processes. With your SAP knowledge and skills in SD such as Pricing, Billing & Invoicing, Purchase, (condition) Contracts, Rebates, Ordering and Empties you know how to translate these into smart and innovative end products.
Within Accenture, you are challenged to be the best version of yourself at our client’s projects. You will help clients by implementing SAP solutions, while involved in challenging projects.
You will lead projects by methodically engaging with the business in an interactive way to get a better understanding of their processes and translating their needs to create maximum value in the end product by (re)designing and improving them, especially in order-to-cash and logistical execution.
You will be involved in the full cycle of projects. You will assist and guide in (re)design, workshops, configuration, and testing, through to implementation and support, while having access to the latest technologies and latest training, including S/4HANA Sales and SAP CX Cloud solutions.
At the different clients you will be monitoring and delivering project deliverables: define, analyze, and implement business processes, configure SAP and possible integrations, test and guide the deliverables for the go-live of new solutions.
You will be involved from design to deployment and support with access to the latest technologies and training available in the industry like S/4HANA.
You are a team player, know how to process feedback but you can also - depending on your experience - coordinate or manage a team and know how to maximize efficiency and reach projects targets and milestones.
With your SAP knowledge and skills, you consult on the implications of a new IT landscape and react by building and maintaining client relationships. Besides these more project-related activities, you will also be involved in more strategic plans within Accenture and are able to drive for new initiatives and innovation topics.
Working closely alongside clients and an international team of professionals, you will develop innovative solutions based on their roadmaps, through mediums such as robotics and artificial intelligence. Throughout the blueprint process you will engage in the development of defense strategies, combining technology and user behavior, to ensure the security of your client. - Bachelor and/or master’s degree
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills in English
- You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within Sales, SAP OTC, SAP CX and/or SAP SD
- Experienced in designing and/or implementing SAP Sales and Logistics
- Experienced in a minimum of 2 full cycle projects
- Excellent communication skills
Bonus points if you have
- SAP S/4HANA domain-specific certification
- Dutch language understanding
- Experience in a consulting environment
