We are looking for a Salesforce Functional Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, focusing on the delivery of large and complex (IT)projects.
A team-builder and problem-solver. You stay updated on new products and technologies. You know how to use Salesforce to creatively design, prototype, and implement solutions for your client’s unique challenges. And have proven experience with Sales and/or Service Cloud, or other core Salesforce platform capabilities. You know that collaboration is key, so you look for ways to share and source best practices. If there’s a new way to do something that improves outcomes for clients, you’ll find it.
You will have roles in programs and in project delivery and you are able to work with different delivery techniques such as agile, scrum, SAFe and DevOps. You will be involved in gathering requirements, design and/or implement technology best practices, lead a team of business analysists and supporting business changes.
This role is part of the Sales & Service Capability, including Salesforce Industry. In this capability we share knowledge, build up experience and improve skills related to Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, all Industry products and nCino.
Our colleagues in the services-based Technologygroup help clients, both big and small, by revolutionizing their strategic blueprints for IT transformations. Which cloud platform fits best with client X? How do certain IT-solutions impact the risk analysis of suppliers? How can organizations become more agile and through what process are new applications developed from design thinking workshops?
Working closely alongside clients and an international team of professionals, you will develop innovative solutions based on their roadmaps, through mediums such as robotics and artificial intelligence. Throughout the blueprint process you will engage in the development of defense strategies, combining technology and user behavior, to ensure the security of your client. Together we connect the needs of clients with upcoming innovative technologies to prepare them for the future.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree
3 – 5 years experience
Experience with the Salesforce core platform capabilities, like Salesforce and/or Service Cloud
Fluent in Dutch and/or English, both spoken and written is mandatory
Strong analytical skills with a focus on the business value
