We are looking for a people oriented senior leader who has experience managing and coaching managers, building processes and managing multiple internal and external stakeholders. Your team sits at the start of the sales funnel and is the first point of contact between our client and their potential customers.

We are looking for someone to guide, mentor and inspire our incredible Sales Development SDR team of multilingual agents covering EMEA markets and some markets in Asia. You ll drive both team expansion and create operational rigor so that they can continue to thrive in the rapidly expanding digital marketing sales environment. Accenture is partnering with Pinterest to help businesses build brand awareness, increase product sales, and much more. Success in this position requires you to continually coach and improve your team manage your relationship with your main client stakeholder and work with your other senior colleagues to promote your program internally within Accenture.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Will work with their Pinterest Sales Lead counterpart on development and implementation of strategic and tactical plans
  • Motivate a team working remotely and located throughout EMEA.
  • Bring structure and operational rigor to your team
  • Will manage and coach a number of Sales Managers across the region
  • Bring relevant thought leadership to enhance overall program outcomes
  • Bring your experience to identify and present data driven actionable insights and craft plans to deliver on them
  • Ensure that your stakeholders have a thorough understanding of all initiatives being rolled out.
  • You will ensure the relevant teams execute against agreed timelines
  • You will develop your people and maintain high performing operational excellence
  • Manage multiple delivery outcomes at the same time and provide both strategic and tactical input as needed.

Required Qualifications Experience

  • At least 7 years relevant experience managing and coaching teams in a high paced sales environment or equivalent .
  • 3 years of sales leadership experience in leading Sales Development, Lead Generation or business development teams in a multinational environment a distinct advantage a manager of managers
  • Ability to make decisions using data with very strong analytical and proven reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Preferably experienced in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Office G Suite collaboration and presentation tools
  • Deadline and detail oriented
