Your jobThis role is responsible for helping to drive and facilitating the execution of marketing campaigns and related projects/activities within Campaign Management. The Project Management analyst will keep programs running smoothly day-to-day, working with campaign managers and channel leaders to follow up on tasks and deliverables. This role will serve as a subject matter expert in our workflow and approval processes and minds the details of project, contract and invoice approvals. The holder of this role will have the opportunity to help shape and drive critical marketing campaigns for Accenture.Accountabilities include:Create project work plans for large scale marketing campaigns.Monitor and track the status of marketing campaigns, engage appropriate resources, and escalate issues as needed to ensure initiative success.Data analysis; gathering data from different sources, building of reports/summaries to enable specific analysis & research esp. with the focus on re-work reduction.Lead or support various process improvement initiatives and other special projects designed to improve business effectiveness.Schedule and/or participate in all meetings and conference calls related to each project.Your teamAt Accenture Corporate Functions, we do whatever it takes to make Accenture a success - every day. Your backgroundEducation:Project management, People communications.Experience: Marketing experience.Skills:
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Office tools, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau.
  • Must be able to produce high-quality work as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team.
  • Systematic, disciplined and analytic approach to problem solving and detail oriented.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.Excellent organization skills with demonstrated follow-through on goals, plans and projects.
  • Ability to think both tactically and strategically.
