With the Accenture Training Centre we offer our clients and colleagues the best possible training experience with our own in-house trainers. We offer, amongst others, trainings about Agile, SAFe, Online Working, Stakeholder Management and Design Thinking. We are looking for an intern from the 1st of November 2021 for a duration of about seven- to ten months. It is possible to work on your thesis for one workday a week.
As an intern within the Accenture Training Centre team you contribute to the training engine that powers Accenture. Together with the team you enable our consultants and clients by keeping their professional knowledge up to date. You will, amongst others, work on automating our operations (e.g. communication to our participants), create a strategy for our website and make updates accordingly, and be the owner of our creative marketing materials to promote our training sessions externally and internally.
If you wish to conduct a thesis or research combined with this internship, you have the opportunity to work on that one day per week. You are welcome to use the knowledge and expertise we have within Accenture to that end. We will make sure you have the right supervision to get the best possible results.

Our colleagues in the services-based Technology group help clients, both big and small, with revolutionary IT transformations. Which cloud platform fits best with client X? How do certain IT-solutions impact the risk analysis of suppliers? How can organizations become more agile and through what process are new applications developed from design thinking workshops?
Working closely alongside clients and an international team of professionals you will develop innovative solutions, through mediums such as robotics and artificial intelligence. Throughout the business process you will engage in the development of defense strategies, combining technology and user behavior, to ensure the security of your client. Together we connect the needs of clients with upcoming innovative technologies prepare them for the future.
- You are a student in the end-phase of your Master at HBO/WO level, within Business Management/Development (other profiles will also be considered)
- You have experience (either via studies or extra-curricular) with creating marketing content, automating business processes, and keeping websites up to date
- You possess a hands-on mentality and are pro-actively seeking for new tasks
- You have an eye for design and know how to make training/business processes run smoother
- You’re communicative and take ownership of your tasks
- You have a perfect command of the Dutch and English language.
