Are you an HBO/WO student and do you want to gain project management skills in an international consultancy firm? Then this is your chance!

With the Accenture Training Centre we offer our clients and colleagues the best possible training experience with our own in-house trainers. We offer, amongst others, trainings regarding Agile, SAFe, Online Working, Stakeholder Management and Design Thinking. We are looking for an intern from the 1st of June for a duration of about six- to twelve months.

YOUR JOB
As an intern within the Accenture Training Centre team you contribute to the training engine that powers Accenture. Together with the team you enable our consultants and clients to deliver high performance and keeping their professional knowledge up to date. During this internship you will be directly involved Accenture Training Centre activities within Accenture NL (creating new training, facilitating planned training, and assisting our group of trainers)


If you wish to conduct a thesis or research combined with this internship, we will offer you the opportunity to work on that one day per week. You are welcome to use the knowledge and expertise we have within Accenture to that end.

Your Team 
Our colleagues in the services-based Technology group help clients, both big and small, with revolutionary IT transformations. Which cloud platform fits best with client X? How do certain IT-solutions impact the risk analysis of suppliers? How can organizations become more agile and through what process are new applications developed from design thinking workshops?

Working closely alongside clients and an international team of professionals you will develop innovative solutions, through mediums such as robotics and artificial intelligence. Throughout the business process you will engage in the development of defense strategies, combining technology and user behavior, to ensure the security of your client. Together we connect the needs of clients with upcoming innovative technologies prepare them for the future.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • You are a student in the end-phase of your Bachelor or Master at HBO/WO level, within Business Management/Development, HR, Communication, Marketing or Sales field (other profiles will also be considered)

  • You are willing to gain experience in a large international consultancy firm in the field of training creation, brand development and project management

  • You possess a hands-on mentality and are pro-actively seeking for new tasks

  • You are a good writer, have excellent PowerPoint and online training tooling skills and have an eye for design

  • You’re communicative and take ownership for smoothly supporting our Accenture Training Centre team

  • You have a good understanding of the English language

  • Being able to write and communicate in Dutch is a must for this position

You will be coached and supported by our marketing lead and trainer at the Accenture Training Centre.
