Your impact

As Performance Engineering Specialist you love to make sure your companies or client’s systems perform to the highest possible standard and are dynamic to cope with all loads necessary. You can analyze and predict high peak performance, know how to get systems future ready and ensure happy users and clients. You think ahead, advise & inform your stakeholders, create insight and keep developing your skillset.

This unique skill you have is not only applicable to the existing IT landscape, your skills are also required at systems to be launched in the near future.

As you are so enthusiastic about Performance Engineering, you will travel along with our Performance Guru Stijn Schepers on his journeys to spread the word! Here you will gain new in depth knowledge about Performance Engineering, grow your network and increase your influence as Performance Engineer.

Your team

Our colleagues in the services-based Technology group help clients, both big and small, by revolutionizing their strategic blueprints for IT transformations. Which cloud platform fits best with client X? How do certain IT-solutions impact the risk analysis of suppliers? How can organizations become more agile and through what process are new applications developed from design thinking workshops?

Working closely alongside clients and an international team of professionals, you will develop innovative solutions based on their roadmaps, through mediums such as robotics and artificial intelligence. Throughout the blueprint process you will engage in the development of defense strategies, combining technology and user behavior, to ensure the security of your client. Together we connect the needs of clients with upcoming innovative technologies to prepare them for the future.

Your background

  • Fluent in Dutch,
  • Technical or IT Bachelor or Master degree;
  • At least 3 years of experience in testing;
  • Experience or knowhow of test automation, using for example BPT and UFT, NeoLoad, Jmeter, Dynatrace or AppDynamics;
  • Communicative, Agile/DevOps minded, team-player, eager to learn and customer focused;
  • Fluent in English;
