Your job

As a Marketing & Communications intern, specifically within the People Communications and Engagement field, you play a vital role in our marketing and communication campaigns - aimed to boost our business, communicate with all employees in the Netherlands and drive internal engagement. Craft communications campaigns from scratch, work with internal and external stakeholders to push them live, measure along the line - and optimize where possible! You will work on numerous exciting projects of a wide range!

Your team

As driven individuals within the CORPORATE FUNCTIONS department we do whatever it takes to ensure Accenture’s success – every day. This department bundles together specialists from HR, Finance, Marketing + Communications, Legal and IT services to support our thriving consultants.

Your role entails being the internal consultant within our consultancy bureau: Based on your expertise, you will advise and help guide, support and improve our means of business. Through modern tools, innovative practices and your expertise we take a different approach to modern-day obstacles – resulting in the new optimal outcomes.

It may seem like a constant struggle to fulfill all the needs of our clients, partners and colleagues – but we can assure you that the result we achieve together is totally worth it.

Your background

  • Be currently enrolled in a BA/BS or Masters-program, in the fields of Marketing, Communications, International Studies, Business Studies, Advertising, Journalism; 

  • Basic knowledge of (digital) marketing, social media, internal communication;

  • Basic knowledge of visual design and content creation;

  • Basic problem-solving, analytical skills; 

  • Available for 6 months, 5 days a week, with the possibility to write a thesis; 

  • Start date: the first of February;

  • Location: hybrid - both virtual and at our office location across the Netherlands.
