As a Manager in the Data Management & Governance domain, you will be delivering and leading projects revolving around data strategy, data governance, and data management, working closely with data science teams and analytics hubs to provide clients with a unique business perspective on how data & analytics can transform and improve their organizations, starting from the key business issues that they face.
Next to this, you will also be responsible for co-leading the Data Management & Governance practice within Accenture Strategy & Consulting (S&C), building and growing the team as well as developing and enhancing commercial opportunities
As a manager within the Data Management & Governance domain, you are part of the Applied Intelligence practice of Accenture Strategy & Consulting (S&C) and help clients solve their most complex challenges by using your strategic and data-centric mindset to deliver value by bridging the gap between business and IT.
In your day-to-day work, you will be:
Managing projects and teams in the data management and governance domain
Projects you will be leading include:
Transformation projects to make our clients data-driven enterprises
Data management maturity assessments
Creating the blueprint of a client’s Data Governance organization
Delivering a data strategy and roadmap that match a client’s data-driven ambitions
Implementing a Product Information Management (PIM) or Master Data Management (MDM) solution, integrated in the client’s IT landscape
Leading both client and internal workshops on key data management topics
Building long term-term relationships with key clients and other Accenture stakeholders
Working on commercial opportunities to extend our footprint at clients in different industries
Actively developing the team and skills, while shaping the strategic direction of Accenture’s S&C Data Management & Governance capability

You have a master’s degree in Information Management, Business Analytics, Business Administration/Economics, or similar studies
You are fluent in Dutch (B2) and proficient in English (C1)
You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
You have 8+ years of experience in the data management, data governance, and data strategy domain, including professional consulting experience in the following areas:
Data management and governance maturity assessment
Data strategy identification through use case prioritization
Master data management processes
Data governance organization model and processes
Trusted data sets
Data quality profiling
Governance on a data lake
MDM and PIM solution
Professional experience leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams
Ability to (1) translate business requirements into data solutions and (2) technical concepts into easy-to-understand value-based solution for the business
Proven track-record in business development (e.g., creating value propositions, responding to RFPs)
Experience with building a practice and developing the skills of a team
