The focus will be on:
  • Innovating with leading consumer good firms to create state of the art, sustainable and value adding solutions that are powered by Data, Analytics and Technology in the commercial strategy space.
  • Supporting leading consumer goods firms in realizing the tangible value of their data & analytics and technology investments.
Your areas of responsibility will include:
  • Projects: Overseeing and managing commercial strategy projects that are powered by data, analytics and technology from E2E.
  • Client: Building strong and trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • People: Inspiring, motivating and actively helping grow team members and leading by example aligned to our Accenture values of respect for the individual, best people, integrity, and stewardship.
  • Content: Building powerful commercial storylines supported by data and analytics, focused on unlocking value and growth for clients.
  • Continuous development: Continuously developing your industry knowledge and expanding your data, analytics and technology knowledge.
  • Business development: Actively contributing to business development opportunities and having an active role in starting to generate leads
  • Thought leadership: Developing thought leadership and point of views on key developments in the CG&S industry.
  • Grow the Center of Excellence from a content, assets and people perspective.

Your background
  • Education: University Master’s degree with excellent results
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Projects: Proven record of being able to deliver complex projects E2E and excellence communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Client: Proven ability to build strong client relationships
  • Content: In-depth knowledge of CG&S industry, Commercial growth/Top-line expertise, High affinity with Data, analytics and technology
  • People: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills: proven ability to build effective teams and foster a team-oriented and inclusive environment
  • Driven and entrepreneurial: you enjoy a challenge, your are determined, optimistic, feel comfortable with ambiguity and you have a proven ability to adapt/be agile and remove obstacles to achieve results
  • Language: Fluent in English (both spoken and written), fluent in Dutch is desirable
