The Fleet & Mobility Strategic Senior Analyst role will focus on ideating, developing and implementing strategic changes in the Accenture fleet and mobility landscape in the Benelux region.
Developing change strategies for the Benelux portfolio of fleet and mobility initiatives
Benchmarking proposed strategies against Accenture policies and standards (e.g. HR, Payroll, Tax, Legal, Works Council)
Implementing changes into the daily business, including development of roll-out strategies, communication plans and change management tasks
Stakeholder management (including senior stakeholders)
Supplier management (safeguard quality, provide strategic input, co-develop innovations)
Project management from start to finish (including project set-up, involving the right stakeholders, preserving timelines, formulating outputs)
Knowledge of developments and trends in Benelux mobility (electric driving, hydrogen, charging infrastructure, shared mobility platforms, urban developments, government initiatives)
Fluency in English, both verbal and written
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong change management skills
