During this internship, you will be part of the Learning & Leadership Development team within Human Resources for Benelux. This team is responsible for the strategy and facilitation of the local learning offering, custom designed learning and leadership development programs, and the onboarding for Accenture employees within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. As an intern, you will be at the center of our team and will be working closely together with the Learning Advisors, who all support a designated entity. You will have responsibilities across various initiatives. For example: Help coordinate programs around Leadership Development, optimize and create internal trainings, create communication (plans) for learning initiatives, be a program assistant for the monthly Accenture onboarding program. Moreover, we are open to new initiatives and encourage you to pro-actively share your ideas on Learning & (Leadership) Development.
If you see opportunities to align your own graduation project/thesis with this internship, we will offer you the possibility to spend one day a week on your own research project. You will have access to all knowledge and expertise available within Accenture.

We are looking for a proactive, motivated bachelor or master student, in their final year of studies in the area of: Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
You are fluent in English and Dutch, both spoken and written.
You have a passion for learning.

You have excellent communication skills.
You can work independently.
