The Seabury Cargo team is based in Amsterdam and sits within Accenture’s Strategy and Consulting practice. We assist clients in air cargo-related industries, focusing primarily on airline commercial strategy development. Our unique approach to consulting blends generalist consulting professionals with seasoned cargo and logistics experts. Projects include strategy, performance improvement, network optimization, and due diligence.
The Seabury Cargo team is focused on the air cargo industry and leverages proprietary market intelligence to support our analysis and conclusions for clients. While the team in Amsterdam is focused on air cargo, our consultants often work on projects across the broader aviation industry. As part of Accenture, our team is increasingly leveraging digital solutions for our clients.
Our consulting team takes a rigorous analytical approach to all projects to help our clients make sound business decisions in the challenging aviation and cargo industry. As a (Junior) Strategy Analyst, you will have responsibility for performing and presenting key areas of analysis.
Your day-to-day activities could include researching, benchmarking, building financial models, analyzing client and market data, or evaluating improvement initiatives. You will also compile your results, develop presentations to show findings internally or to the client.
Your abilities to succeed as a Junior Strategy Consultant should include:
• A curiosity/affinity to work with numbers and data models;
• Effective communication and presentation skills;
• Structured problem solving;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Confidence and pride in your work;
• Interest for aviation and travel industry is considered a plus.

- Completed Master’s degree, preferably in a technical and/or business direction;
- 0 - 2 years relevant experience;
- Fluency in English (additional languages are considered a plus);
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with good PowerPoint skills;
- Strong analytical, quantitative and conceptual skills, including Excel modeling;
- Living in The Netherlands
- Willingness to travel internationally.
