Your job As Junior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant you are working in highly motivated and often international team. Together you will be implementing the next generation of advanced Oracle Cloud Applications in the area of Human Capital Management at our clients. This to help them to become high performance organizations, delivering the best to their clients and employees. In your job as Junior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant you will design, implement and deploy HR transformational solutions to achieve defined business goals. Maintain skills in Oracle HCM Cloud applications process design and configuration; Oracle application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and Oracle application technical architecture. Along your career as Oracle Cloud HCM consultant, challenging opportunities and responsibilities will be given to manage and lead teams, to participate in presales and sales activities, and to serve as Oracle applications subject matter expert within the Accenture organization, serving global and local customers across all industries. You will specialize in one or more of the following directions:
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Applications (SaaS)
  • Core HCM, Absence Management, Onboarding
  • Recruitment
  • Talent Management
  • Time and Labor
  • Payroll, Compensation and Benefits

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree containing an IT component or a bachelor’s or master’s degree in process related studies and other proof of IT affinity
  • 0-2 years of work experience
  • Mastery of the Dutch and English language in speech and writing.
  • You like working in teams, but you can also work independently.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
