As Junior Consultant in Health & Public Services you will work on challenging projects at the intersection of business, technology and process optimization. In driven teams you will develop innovative solutions that help our clients become high-performance organizations. Clients within our group mostly exist of large public organizations such as Defensie, Politie or Gemeente Amsterdam. An example of a project you could be working on is to improve citizen contact through (technological) innovations and process optimization.
The solutions you work on are always focused on the delivery of tangible business results for our clients and to fundamentally improve the way their organization works, which always has a societal impact.

• Starter (0-2 years) with a completed Master, such as: (Technical) Public Administration (Bestuurskunde), Political Science (Politicologie), Business Information Management, Management in Government and Security and Crisis Management;
• Native Dutch proficiency;
• Team player with strong analytical skills;
• Affinity with technology and innovation;
• Ambitious and proactive, as proven by additional activities alongside your studies;
• A passion to work for the ‘Publieke Zaak’!
