As a Junior Digital Product Consultant, you are the bridge between technology and business and enable our teams to deliver value to the customer. You are able to divide technical challenges into snackable pieces of deliverables and can communicate technical challenges to an understandable story for the customer. You are steadfast to reach the objective and you are not afraid to stand up and push the team forward. With your positive thinking, energy and enthusiasm, it is easy for you to make the team, client and their customers happy!
As a Junior Digital Product Consultant, you are part of a product team, delivering innovative, digital platforms for our clients. This role is multi-functional, meaning that at the start of your career, you will be involved in different roles and aspects, based on your skills and ambitions. You will work on different phases of a digital product lifecycle, from a discovery phase where you shape the solutions, until the delivery part where the team will build and deliver the product. In a product analyst or product manager role, you are responsible for bridging the gap between the business and technical team. This means that you are the one that provides answers to the business as well as to the developers. You are able to ask the right questions to the client and their users to collect the required information, and you are able to present highly technical deliverables in an easy-to-understand story to the business. In a Project Manager or Scrum Master role, you will be a mentor for high performing Scrum Teams across distributed locations. It is all about coaching your team and bringing value to the client in the most effective and efficient way. To accomplish this, you are willing to learn how to:
Work in an Agile Software environment and get certified;
Support the Product Owner in a Scrum (Agile) team, define and prioritize business requirements;
Quickly adapt to an organisation’s specific business and technical processes in both IT and non-IT domains;
Ensure the team adheres to the agile/scrum processes;
Facilitate meetings related to Agile software development effectively;
Align on priorities with the client and the development team efficiently;
Identify and report progress to management;
You build trusted relationships with the clients’ stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their business value and impact;
Be part of a Digital products discovery and delivery team, to help deliver awesome products for our clients.

A completed master’s degree. Ideal profiles have followed a study that combines Digital or Innovation, business and IT.
You have (study related) experience with topics around Digital.
Flexible and able to handle ambiguity.
Excellent communication skills, structured, strong analytical and results-oriented mindset.
Excellent command of Dutch and English spoken and written;
You are comfortable working with different levels of the organization - from workshop sessions with people from the operation to sessions with the C-level executives.
