As a Junior Digital Architect, you are on a fast track in developing your skills and quickly building up experience in architecting modern-day innovative solutions. You will develop the necessary skills through an extensive training curriculum and on-the-job learning and mentoring.
In your daily work, you will be embedded in a team to create new digital solutions for our clients. In your role you will be the bridge that connects business with the delivery team. You will be able to transform business requirements into innovative solutions and use your skills to explain technical concepts and their impact to business stakeholders.
You will contribute to large implementations: from writing the architecture to the actual implementation and completion of the projects. You will create a design of the custom solution that supports our client in the best way. It is your responsibility to understand the client’s needs and translate this into a working solution architecture; in collaboration with delivery teams and client stakeholders.
On a typical project you will work under the guidance of a senior solution architect and will collaborate with business analysts, designers and client-stakeholders. Together with the team you will explore new technologies and assess how they fit within the overall solution. In Accenture we adopt an Agile mindset and bring methodologies like Scrum, DevOps or SAFe to our clients. We favor rapid prototyping, demos and storytelling over traditional extensive presentations.

- You hold a master’s degree in a technical field of study.
- You have a passion for exploring new technologies and don’t mind getting your hands on some code or technology.
- You like to tinker with technology and have an affinity with modern web technologies (e.g. web, IoT, app or AI).
- You are a strong communicator, both in Dutch and English.
- You do have a can-do and entrepreneurial mind set, and you continually challenge yourself to learn new things.
- Preferred: you have a cloud-first mindset and knowledge about cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google etc) or containerization (e.g. docker, K8S).
