Your Job

Commercial PMOs offer portfolio and account’s financial monitoring, control and administrative support services to client project organizations and Accenture project/accounts teams. A distributed delivery model is applied and industrialized CPMO services are provided.

The scope of CPMO function includes:

  • Mobilizing the account/project; this includes implementation of project management tools and project control processes, procedures and policies;

  • Monitoring and control of the account/project prior and throughout the project lifecycle;

  • Financial tracking, reporting and account/project governance.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • You analyze and record the actual status and progress of one or multiple Accenture projects;

  • You collaborate with business teams on different processes to ensure seamless execution of governance processes;

  • You detect bottlenecks and propose solutions to promote a correct application of methods and standards;

  • You manage project documentation, project administration, contracts and pricings;

  • You handle the invoicing process, including time & expenses tracking and reporting and review/analyze variances;

  • You create an accurate financial forecast based on collected input;

  • You are responsible for compliancy within your project or account and responsible for resource management, such as demand/supply tracking and management of onboarding/offboarding;

  • You work as a coordinator between the own CPMO team (located in the Philippines) and different teams on project, program, account or portfolio.

Your sole drive is meeting the requests of clients in creating a pragmatic approach to recent innovative IT developments – enhancing future agile performance and efficiency. Orchestrating the logistics behind end-to-end processes such as same day free global ecommerce client delivery? Which platform and IT system would be most effective? By working closely together with an international team of professional, specialized in improving client efficiency, you will find new solutions achieving peak operational performance.

The Commercial PMO (CPMO) function housed under Accenture Operations was established in early 2022.  We have global centers in India, Philippines and Argentina, regional centers in Latvia, Mexico and China, and teams in onshore locations. We provide commercial and financial support to Client Account Teams, such as billing, account planning, roster management, client data protection and other activities.

CPMO builds over a strong foundation of brilliant basics and is powered by SynOps – resulting in improved customer experience, continuous transformation and future ready people & function.

Your Background

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both Dutch & English)
    able to approach senior management using appropriate level of detail, terminology, and style)

  • Bachelor or Master degree in a related field of study

  • Excellent Interpersonal skills and eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate

  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

  • Pro-active with can-do attitude

  • Fast learner with ability to adapt to change quickly

Additional Requirements/Good to have

  • Advanced Excel (Macros)

  • BI Reporting skills (example Power BI, Tableau.. )
