Your job as the Talent Strategy intern is to support the Truly Human movement. Truly Human is a cultural change focusing on wellbeing, inclusion and purpose. Accenture ambitions to be the most truly human organization in the digital age. In practice, this means you are responsible for organizing workshops and events for the Truly Human program. Besides this, your core tasks will be coordinating and optimizing our vitality program called ‘Truly Energized’; supporting and improving employee wellbeing and vitality. You will work within a motivated and energetic team and use your flexible mindset to cooperate while simultaneously taking on your own responsibilities. Moreover, there is an opportunity to explore and take on initiatives within the team that fit your interests and skills.
We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic bachelor or master student, who is fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. In addition, you get energy from collaborating with others to make ideas a reality and optimize existing initiatives. You have an affinity for professional and/or personal development and are motivated to work on topics related to well-being, mindfulness, inclusion, and purpose.
You thrive in a flexible, fast-paced environment and can verbally and textually express yourself, and you have experience in project management, organizing events or workshops, like to challenge yourself to keep learning.

- You have a perfect command of the Dutch and English language
