You are expected to write a master thesis based on scientific research into the related concepts, applications and value of Organizational change / Future workforce in the Dutch banking industry. Next to its theoretical value, the thesis should generate new knowledge and insights that is of direct relevance to Accenture’s Financial Services department and that strengthens Accenture’s leading position as a global professional services provider.Next to the master thesis, Accenture offers you the possibility to develop your professional skills. Your background
  • You are a Master student in the final year of your graduation from university with preferably, but not exclusively, a specialization in the areas of Business (Innovation) Management, Change Management or (Industrial) Psychology
  • You have affinity with disruptive technologies and the human aspect of organizational change (e.g. HR strategy, workforce of the future, self-managed teams)
  • You are a team player with excellent communication skills and you are fluent in Dutch and English;
  • You work independently and have a hands-on mentality, you are creative and take responsibility, and you have a strong intrinsic motivation to work on the subject and take ownership over certain areas.
