At Accenture Industry X we are looking for a charismatic new lead for the PaaS - Product-as-a-Service Enablement group. As lead you will look into delivering superior experiences and digital transformation journeys to our "always connected" customers. You will define and develop new services and the artefacts necessary to communicate, iterate and promote them at our clients to drive new sales opportunities. You have a flair for developing strong relationships with client stakeholders, are able to easily establish new connections and expand your network across the Dutch and international Aftersales & Services landscape to develop attractive new opportunities. You like making the complex simple and have a strong appreciation for bringing together research, design, technology, business and organisational considerations and are able to work across the entire end-to-end product and service experience.  

Your Job

You can create connected solutions that evolve clients products as-a-service model, incentivize and integrate service provider ecosystems, enhance aftermarket services such as warranty and maintenance to help our clients improve product reliability and customer loyalty. Your strategy helps our clients navigate the shift from products to outcome-based, as-a-service models and our AI powered solutions collect real time in-service feedback from connected products to increase predictability and profitability of service revenue. You are able to answer our clients questions on;

  • How can we create a differentiated service strategy with optimal cost to serve and delivers high customer satisfaction?
  • More and more of our customers are not wanting to own, how do we change our operating model to be a usage-based model?
  • How do we leverage latest technologies in aftersales to create new service revenue streams?
  • We just launched a new platform for connected services, how can we best operate at scale and increase user adoption of the new platform?

Using your expertise you are able to identify and generate new sales opportunities within existing and prospective clients in the Service domain and to drive the sales process from start to finish. You will build a team of Service professionals around you as you expand your capability and pipeline for which you are able to take full ownership and leadership.

Your background
You have 5+ years of relevant experience in one of the following domains

  • Product as-a-Service (aaS) Transformation (aaS Portfolio, Blueprint & Architecture, Subscription/Service-Based Modeling, Service Platform Enablement & Ecosystem Design and Build, Zero Based Service Operations)

  • Aftermarket & Service Operations Enablement (Service Parts Lifecycle Management, Intelligent Warranty Operations, Intelligent Maintenance & Repair Operations)

  • Platform Operations & Support (Platform Support Operations, Platform Ecosystem Support, Platform Developer Relations and Community Support)

You can leverage on your deep expertise with the ability to articulate through compelling storytelling. You also have a deep understanding of project delivery methodologies around large programs including Waterfal and Agile and are able to easily convert sales opportunities into project deliveries. On top of that you are;

  • Experienced in key focus industries such as Consumer Goods & Services, High-Tech or Industrials.
  • You are passionate about digital transformations and are able to easily convey your enthusiasm across internal Accenture colleagues and clients.
  • Have a Master degree in a relevant area of expertise
  • You are fluent in both Dutch and English and are currently (or planning to be) living  in the Netherlands.
  • You are able to travel to (international) client sites on a frequent basis.
