As a Headless Solution (MACH/composable) Architect, you will be part of a team responsible for innovating, developing, and delivering composable ecommerce and experience solutions for our clients.
You will take on the role as a critical member in both implementation projects as well as in business development & strategy engagements. You will own the overall solution blueprint and work closely with clients to articulate business problems and translate them into an appropriate digital solution design.
As an experienced Headless Solution architect, you have extensive hands-on experience in designing and implementing solution architectures based on MACH (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) principles. Furthermore, you have a well-developed business sense, and you understand what success looks like for our clients. You can analyze and determine what is the best-fit architecture for our clients and can translate your technical knowledge into business solutions.
You will work closely with functional and technical teams to determine the functional and non-functional scope and you will propose scenarios or a roadmap to reach a target architecture.
You bring architecture best practices to the table and can influence, consult, and convince client stakeholders and internal teams on your architectural choices. You can demonstrate strong interpersonal, intercultural, communication and people skills.

At least 6+ years’ work experience as an architect or technical lead working on architecting, implementing, leading, and delivering enterprise-scale projects/programs
Experience in designing technical solutions based on headless architecture which has been applied across multiple clients globally and is being used in solutions with demonstrated success in sales and/or delivery.
An understanding of when, and when not, MACH would be an appropriate solution to address various business and non-functional requirements.
Experience and understanding of the leading Saas, Paas, and CMS platform players in the space of composable technology. Such as CommerceTools, Contentful, and/or Contentstack.
Experience designing and implementing frontend applications with technologies such as React/Vue/Angular, Typescript, SSR, CSS/bundling, and/or NodeJS.
Experience in designing cloud solutions in Azure, AWS, or GCP. Certifications in Azure, AWS, or GCP is a plus.
Leading functionally and technically diverse teams in complex, globally dispersed, program delivery.
Worked in projects with agile or traditional development methodologies and covering the full development life cycle
Excellent communication skills, structured, strong analytical and results-oriented.
Fluent in English (verbal and written communication), Dutch speaking strong pro.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree - STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) majors preferred.
