Manager responsible for supporting review and evaluation of benefits programs globally including, but not limited to, health and well-being, life, disability and accident, employee assistance programs, perquisites and allowances, flexible benefits, time off, policies review/development, governance, compliance. This will include supporting some plan administration, the development of new program offerings relevant to our people needs and reviewing and assessing benefits programs related to acquisitions. Other projects as assigned.
Specially this role will develop and lead global benefits strategic initiatives and innovation, development of health and wellbeing offerings suitable across the population, develop programs and offerings, program and vendor management. Ensure countries are aligned and continue to evolve to meet the strategic objectives of the company through governance and alignment to company priorities where local programs are delivered.

Must have: Bachelor’s Degree
Good to have: Professional Credentials such as GPHR or global benefit mgmt. certificate, CEBS, World at Work, Masters Degree
Skills & Work Experience
Must have: Global Benefits. 5 to 10 year work experience in global benefits consultancy and/or plan design or administration, vendor mgmt experience
Advanced Employee Benefits, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Good to have: Global HR or Global Teams, Market Intelligence, Mergers & Acquisitions, Benefit Plan Design, Plan Administration
Embrace change, work with agility in a fast paced environment, strong organization skills, excellent communications skills, detailed orientated, understanding cultural norms, innovative, ability to work virtually and shift priorities quickly, ability to flex and work with all levels of the organization. Independent working, while ability to work collaboratively within and outside the team. Flexibility to work with global teams in multiple time zones, which will require evening calls and early morning calls.
Time zone working is not a daily occurrence but must be able to take late night calls or earlier am call, but this is not an everyday occurrence unless on a project.
