As our Global Salesforce Business Group has grown over the last year, and we want to continue to meet the growing demand of our customers, we are currently looking to expand our team with a Functional Salesforce Consultant.
You will become part of the Salesforce business Group (SFBG) practice where you will work, on a project basis, in a multi-disciplinary team engaged in a wide range of Salesforce projects. As a Functional Consultant, you are skilled in Salesforce and have the required skills to face our clients and discuss on the requirements and (im)possibilities of the platform. You work in a (Scaled) Agile development environment and can manage a small team. You will facilitate workshops and/or design thinking sessions to capture business requirements in user stories.
You are able to work in teams that will successfully deliver the Salesforce projects. Your team trusts and builds on your expertise and both your technical and functional capabilities regarding the following areas:
- Execution of Business Analysis and designing technical specifications for Salesforce solutions
-Supporting the team as a subject matter expert by providing expertise and best practices
-Ensure post-production support
Our colleagues in the services-based Technology group help clients, both big and small, by revolutionizing their strategic blueprints for IT transformations. Which cloud platform fits best with client X? How do certain IT-solutions impact the risk analysis of suppliers? How can organizations become more agile and through what process are new applications developed from design thinking workshops?
Working closely alongside clients and an international team of professionals, you will develop innovative solutions based on their roadmaps, through mediums such as robotics and artificial intelligence. Throughout the blueprint process you will engage in the development of defense strategies, combining technology and user behavior, to ensure the security of your client. Together we connect the needs of clients with upcoming innovative technologies to prepare them for the future.
To qualify for the position of a Functional Salesforce Consultant, you should meet the following job requirements:
- A Bachelor or MSc degree and 3-5 years of professional experience, some of which as a management and IT consultant in a top-tier firm
- A team player that is focused to make the team successful;
- Very strong analytical skills with a focus on the business value of IT; the ability to communicate the value of IT and the business impact;
- Experience in working with medium and large scale implementations;
- Certificates in Salesforce administration and consultancy;
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience as SFDC consultant
- Knowledge and experience with CRM packages such as Salesforce.com, Siebel, Microsoft Dynamics and / or SAP CRM is an advantage
- Good command of English
